There are only a few requirements you must meet in order to work with Direct Finance Corporation regarding Reverse Mortgages.

•  Your company must be licensed to offer first mortgages
  
  
• Agree to follow all required HUD and other federal and state guidelines and regulations
  
  
• Be a person of high integrity and eager to expand your income and customer base
  
  
• Be open to a few hours of training to ensure that your clients are well served and that you don’t miss any opportunity to offer a reverse mortgage
  
  
• Have the mindset of always putting your client’s needs before your own
